I came to Serotonin in Windermere to use their hyperbaric oxygen chamber for therapy on my eye due to a central retinal vein occlusion. It is not a definitive cure but a chance to maybe help retina tissue heal and thicken that was lost due to the clot. Carol and Tina who work at the center and operate the chamber could not be more kind and helpful in my quest to see if this therapy would work and i can't forget Heather who I see less frequently but is also a great help when i visit. I will say if anyone has this happen to them, the quicker you can start the oxygen therapy, the better your chance to save a good portion of your eyesight according to a few studies but nothing is guaranteed and the studies are limited. None the less, the girls have a great attitude and openness to help in any way they can. Always positive and welcoming, it is very comforting to have people who care and show the willingness to help in any way when you are unsure and just trying to hopefully have a breakthrough. I could only imagine they are the same in any task they perform at the center. Very grateful for all their time and attention when i visit. To anyone who may visit this center, know the attitude to their customers couldn't be any higher in a service based industry where simple basic human kindness and compassion is so very important....

I have been using them for weight loss, facials and HRT the staff are friendly, professional and respectful. I would highly recommend them. Tina, Carol, Jennifer and Devin are top notch.

Everyone here is so nice!! Carol and Tina are super helpful and kind. They treat their customers like family. I do the semaglutide injections and they always make sure I’m healthy, well, and not having any complications. I also get the hydrafacials done by Deven and my skin turns out perfect and super smooth every time!
