Very nice , peaceful atmosphere. They have treated my wife very well. They have done more for her than two other places we have previously gone to. We travel from Kissimmee to come here and for us , it has been worth it. I hope the same for you reading this .

I am so grateful that I found Windermere Dermatology and Aesthetics! Everyone from the front office staff to the NP are so warm and down to earth! On my fist visit with them Dagmar Moussard, APRN-C, actually gave me a thorough exam!! Wow, I haven't had that done since I was seen by a pediatrician! She pointed out the issues and what can be done about them in great detail. If you have any type of skin issues, you know how much this means to have someone take you and your concerns seriously! After a couple visits I was put on a new medication and it took care of 99% of my skin issues!! This is a huge deal and I cannot thank them enough for giving me my life back! So many other dermatologists I've visited over the last 7 years just brushed off my concerns and pushed their out-or-pocket creams and treatments. So of course I was skeptical of visiting another dermatologist, but Windermere Dermatology is different. Thank you to the staff, Beatrice Bencosme, PA-C and Dagmar Moussard, APRN-C for your excellence in treating the true art of dermatology!!

I love Windermere Dermatology. I have been going here for years. Dagmar is Amazing she is very thorough and a kind person!!! She has always treated me with respect and general concern about my health. Her assistant Dayondra was also very kind.

FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE. RUDE. Bedside manner is HORRIBLE. First indication should’ve been when you walk into the office you receive very little greeting. We are then are asked if we have masks. Ok, Covid is so 3 years ago, but the flu is bad. So I will give that a pass. They take me to a room where there is minimal interaction. They then ask what I’m wearing and I instantly mention I forgot I had put lotion on this morning. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and use stretch mark lotion and then put some bath/body on my legs after showering. They then have me bathing IN THE SINK. My paper gown is wet, my hair too, I’ve cleaned their floor in front of the nurse, they’ve taken my husband to another room, and I’m left here alone in said room where she said I need to wash myself more and then they will have to relocate me to a new room because of the aroma. It sends her into bronchial something. New staff returns to relocate me and I don’t even get greeted. I have to walk down the hall in a wet paper gown back open (only underwear on). If I hadn’t had this appointment scheduled for us for ~5-6 months now I would’ve walked out right then. Let’s not forget to mention I had to reschedule to today because SHE (Dr.) cancelled on us prior to the holidays. So had this appointment happened when it originally was supposed to, perhaps I wouldn’t have forgotten to skip the stretch mark lotion and lotion for my legs after showering this morning. Dr. Sharon Stokes needs to find a job besides a MEDICAL DOCTOR. You’re in the wrong profession with all your issues and lack of compassion. Final update: I am FLABBERGASTED. She came into the new room I was relocated to and said from the door frame she still smells it. I go “do you just want me to leave?” I was sent home. No check no visit no nothing. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!

I have been to both locations several times over the last 13 years +. Betty and stokes have done wonders for my skin and helped boost my confidence. I never have to wait long for my appointments and they are always able to pin point the issue and prescribe medications that have always helped. The nurses and staff are also very wonderful and have been warm and friendly to me for years! I highly reccomend both practices! Keep it up Betty and stokes :)
