I went to the Clermont location with a large lump on my neck under advice from my primary dr. I was seen by one of the MA’s who was very unprofessional and dismissive. She told me I have no idea what’s going on. I asked her if she had a clue as to what it could be and she said are you a worrier? I would just wait a week and see what happens. Total waste of my time. I left a message for the office manager on four different occasions to call me back so I could give some feedback as to what happened. No response nothing. Don’t bother wasting your time with this place go see a dermatologist. That’s an actual MD.

BE AWARE!! Went to get some warts removed that I didn’t like. Asked to make sure I wouldn’t be charged any further after paying $200 at the office and got a bill of $900 not even 2 months later. They’ll tell you they won’t charge you any further and that everything is included in what you pay at the office, but then submit your information to a lab for biopsy just to get $100 and make you pay $900. A biopsy I didn’t even ask for or wanted and made it very clear to them. Don’t trust them at all. Even other offices say that’s what they do.

Solid service once you're finally seen! But the wait times are extremely unreasonable. They have you waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the lobby and then another 15 to 20 minutes+ in the exam room waiting to see the doctor (or in my case both times the PA). Place doesn't seem that busy each time but always a long wait time.

Great experience at this dermatologist office. Melissa took excellent care of me. Thank you.
