I had an incredible experience at this medspa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. The staff was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain every step of the treatments I was getting. I felt completely at ease and in great hands. The results have been amazing—my skin looks and feels better than ever. They truly go above and beyond to customize treatments to your individual needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service and real results!

It's been a long time since I went for a facial, I Wasn't sure what to expect. I walked in and was graded right away by Hailyn who was the Office Manager. She was very friendly, very informative, and super helpful. I was taken right away on time. Beth was my esthetician, she was very smart, friendly, and skilled in her job. I left feeling very refreshed and skin felt and looked better than it has in a long time. I'll defiantly be back.

My MIL gifted me a $500 gift card for Christmas 2022. I got pregnant shortly after and then breastfed. Couldn’t do most medspa services either due to chemical used, can’t lay flat on your back, etc etc. so I decided I’d wait til I could actually enjoy my gift card. I called earlier this year asking about redeeming my gift card and scheduling a service. I was informed that my gift card expired after 1 year. It didn’t state that anywhere on the gift certificate and wasn’t verbally stated to my MIL when purchasing (from her recollection & they’ve since switched ownership) They mentioned it was mentioned on the client intake form. I was told they’d speak to the owner and see what they could do. But she did know that they definitely wouldn’t give me full amount but could maybe allow me to purchase some product. It’s been MONTHS and never received a call back. $500 down the drain. Disappointed and won’t be returning. Not great customer service in my opinion. Especially if you switched ownership and heard I was pregnant/nursing I’d think having a little leniency but never heard back.

Attentive customer service and friendly staff located in a beautiful and clean facility! My experience from start to finish was nothing less of Devine!! From being greeted by the sweetest receptionist Bianca and manager Hailyn who offered complimentary snacks and a walk through of what to expect. Along with my informative consultation with Nurse Viviana, who explained my results and answered every question/concern I had, making me feel beyond comfortable and confident in the injections I wanted to receive. And finally Beth, who was very gentle when doing my bloodwork. I highly recommend having your care in their hands.

They definitely provide VIP treatment to all their customers. I came in a bit earlier and they had me waiting on the massage chair! I’ve never felt so relaxed in my LIFE!!! Great environment, the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend 10/10
