She patiently answered my questions, making me feel comfortable—treating me like family! The Med Spa is immaculate and beautifully decorated. SPA owner, Sandy is one of a kind! She is such a positive person with awesome energy. Her extensive healthcare knowledge, attention to detail, and warm attitude create an unmatched experience. I promise if you’re looking for someone you can trust, then see Sandy! You won’t regret it!

I visited 180MedSpa on several occasions and everyone from start to finish were amazing! Upon calling to make an appointment, the staff was friendly and courteous and set me up with a timely appointment. The manager, Stephanie, was extremely nice and greets you with a warm smile. Sandy, Loren, Linda, Kimber and the others in the spa provide top notch services. I look forward to my next visit!

180 is the best! The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and always makes the process smooth. Even though they’re fast-paced, they never rush the treatments or compromise on quality. I’ve seen great results and always feel like I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at 180 Medspa. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful and clean facility. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, making my son feel completely at ease. Their expertise and attention to detail were outstanding. No receptionist at front when I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited ten minutes (first time customer) and then ventured around to find her in a room chatting with the owner. They tried to 1) talk me into getting more botox injections than I wanted and 2) charging me more than the quoted amount so I had to ask for the first time price. Main complaint, after spending over $200 on my "11" I have no results except my left eyebrow is raised. What a waste of time and money. She said she is a pro for 22 years. Maybe go back to school. Didn't use botox either but some brand I never heard of that gave me a headache for 7 days! I'd go elsewhere. Jenny the receptionist would not let me explain my results and concerns when I called but just kept telling me to come in, and she was the best. "Come in", so I can spend more money for a headache!! Rip off.
