Over the past year I used services at Spa Sydel and was very pleased and impressed by the facilities, attention to details, staff’s personal interactions and overall comfort during the procedures. Recently, I had a consultation with Cheryl regarding Botox and other fillers. Cheryl has years of professional experience which immediately made me have trust in her knowledge and skills. She was very open and honest with her recommendations even that I look at a different option regarding my eyelid issue. Cheryl never tried to “sell” me on a procedure that she knew may not make any difference. I really appreciated her integrity and honesty and will be completely comfortable seeing her again when the time is right. I highly recommend services at Spa Sydel.

Scammers!!! My girlfriend has purchased a gift card for my birthday. Wasn’t able to use it because we hit Covid and went through a few surgeries is out of wheelchair. Finally is able to use so I call them and they’re not honoring my gift certificate because they’re telling me that the spa went through bankruptcy. It’s under a new owner. The gift card says never expires and but still won’t accept it even it’s the same business name. Under the federal law if there is no expiration date, they have to be accountable for it. Sounds like a big fraud company so please please do not buy gift cards or Any kind of certificates. It seems like they collect and sell a lot of gift cards and they file for bankruptcy and they go under a new LLC so they don’t have to honor gift cards.. I can’t imagine if you get Botox refill they probably buy fake ones. Sounds like a big pyramid scheme.

Cheryl is absolutely excellent. I have been seeing her for over 11 years and as I age she is there to assist with my beauty needs. She listens to my wants and does not pressure me. I love the positive impacts that Botox and Juviderm have on my face.

I have been going to Nurse Cheryl for all my Botox and filler needs for over 10 years. She takes her time and listens and has learned my face. I would consider her an expert at what she does as she’s really helped me look younger and balance out my face. I’ve always had a great experience with her at Spa Sydell and I will continue to see her for the next 10 years. Highly recommend Nurse Cheryl and Spa Sydell.
