I consistently feel welcomed and valued. I see Victoria for my injectables and filler treatments, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is incredibly thorough, with a keen eye for detail, and takes the time to truly understand what I want. Victoria has such a calming presence, which makes every appointment feel relaxing and stress-free. My experience at the Swan Center has always been incredible! From the time I check in, everyone at the front desk is so accommodating and very helpful. The injector I see is Victoria, and she is very thorough with great attention to detail. Not to mention she has a very calm aurora about her making your experience very relaxing. She makes my face look beautiful while still making it look natural. She always does exactly what I ask for and is making sure we do what is best for my face. First off, let me say this. Dr. Bauer used to be the person. I thought that hung the moon to making a woman look great and feel great. Now after my second go around of having to have some breast procedures done. I have to say overtime his quality of work has diminished in quality. United States, long-term owner I have reached out to his office for over seven months and even tried to get an appointment. To see him pertaining to places that have came up on the breast I can’t get a return phone call. I asked to schedule an appointment they tell me someone will call me Back which never happens. I advise people to look deeper into who they use and why they use them than just thinking oh, he is a top surgeon. His nurses do not return phone calls, nor does his office. I’m very disappointed in the way these things have dilapidated in using his services.

Stephanie Black at the Swan Center Spa is AMAZING! She is sweet and kind and makes you feel right at ease from the very beginning. She worked out a custom laser treatment plan for my specific skin concerns and it was obvious she had the experience and expertise for me to trust her recommendations. After completing my first treatment I can say that I definitely made the right choice. I had a minor complication and Stephanie went out of her way to be there for me and help me get it taken care of. As I went through the healing process I had lots of concerns and Stephanie listened to all my fears and anxieties and was so caring and reassuring. She kept reminding me to trust the process and she was right because now, 7 weeks out I am THRILLED with my results. I honestly cannot even believe how amazing it turned out. I just scheduled my 2nd treatment for January and I cannot wait to see the results after that. I know I’m in GREAT hands and will keep returning for all my skin care needs! Thank you, Stephanie!!!
