They are so kind and helpful and my skin is glowing! I had some childcare fall through and the sweetest receptionist played with my daughter while I had my service and they both giggled the whole time. Jenna did an amazing job and I left with a fresh face and a happy kiddo. Great quick service!

I never thought I would leave a bad review for Dermani since everyone is so nice, but this specific location feels incredibly deceptive. They do not care about you as a client. I’ve been getting laser hair removal here for two years and have spent a significant amount of money on treatments. Ever since switching to the Alpharetta location, I’ve had a much better experience and actually started seeing results. However, I forgot to book there this month and ended up having to come to this location instead. After six months, they allow you to cancel your membership but still pay membership prices, which I did a couple months ago since I was finally seeing progress and planned to start coming less often. I booked a 4 PM appointment and arrived on time, but the lady at the front desk immediately started pressuring me to get a membership again, telling me that’s what I will need to do since I’m still coming frequently. That was the first time I’ve ever heard that, but she stressed that this is the policy at this location. I told her I didn’t want to do that, and by the time I actually saw my technician, it was 4:12. She asked what I wanted done and when I told her she responded that she could do whatever they had time for in an hour. I told her to start with the most important areas first, but I was confused—because for the last year, I’ve had no problem getting everything done in an hour or less, and I’ve had several different technicians. At 4:40 she said I was good to go (28 minutes of actual service). I asked if she could do my arms, and she flat-out refused. Even though there were still 20 minutes left, she claimed it would take 30 minutes just to do my arms (which isn’t true at all) It’s one thing to actually run out of time but to refuse to finish the service I paid for when there is still time is ridiculous. It’s advertised as full body but after doing face, underarms, and HALF of my legs there’s no time to do my arms?? It’s not like she was being more thorough either, she was going faster than my regular technician. That being said, everyone working was super sweet, so I didn’t say anything in the moment. But I left feeling disappointed, especially considering how much time and MONEY I’ve spent on treatments here. I don’t know if it was just my technician because I don’t see this in the other reviews, but if it wasn’t for having experiences with different locations and keeping track of time on this visit, I would have taken her word for there not being enough time. I wouldn’t waste your money here, especially if you plan on doing the unlimited hour service. I highly recommend the Alpharetta location because not only are they super nice but they actually take the time to do everything thoroughly within a full hour. Unfortunately, this location felt rushed and focused on making sales rather than actually delivering a thorough and quality experience. Overall, terrible experience. What upsets me is that I’ve already had a membership here for close to 2 years, and instead of focusing on delivering the results they promise in 6-12 months, they try to lock me in a membership for ANOTHER 6 months and short me on time? I will definitely not be coming back.

I came here to do cool sculpting with Ivy and she made the whole process comfortable. She’s very sweet and personable! I’m only three weeks out but already seeing visible results! I def recommend Dermani Medspa.

Sarah is great addition to this team! She listened to my concerns and explained what was needed to address them. She did an amazing job, and I am so happy that I found a great injector. I will be back! The location is also super easy to get to with plenty of parking.

I had a spa treatment at Dermani Spa North Buckhead location. Ivy was amazing and their entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They definitely do it right at Dermani Spa I highly recommend!
