Dr Larsen and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very attentive, helpful, and cheerful throughout tbt entire process of my BA/BL. The only positive aspect of this visit was the surgical coordinator. I paid $200 for a consultation but never even met with the doctor. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We waited and looked around, but no one came to assist us. The fish tank was nice, but that was about it. My husband eventually walked toward the back of the office and found someone in their office. We had to inform them that we were there and needed to check in. If I’m considering a $20,000 procedure, I expect a higher level of professionalism. Instead, we felt more like an inconvenience than valued potential clients. Ultimately, I chose to book with Dr. Colgrove at the Vinings Center, where I had an entirely different experience. I was greeted immediately and had the opportunity to meet with the doctor, which made all the difference.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 and was in search of a plastic surgeon. After extensive research, I chose Dr. Larsen and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. Dr. Larsen and his Staff are true Class Acts. I cannot say enough with regard to the care and patience I have received by all. I will be forever GRATEFUL!!
