The camouflage treatment was ineffective and the treatment was not completed because I was informed that surgery would be necessary. They made promises based on a treatment plan that contradicts my initial consultation, where I explicitly stated that I did not wish to undergo any surgical procedures. And they won't issue any refunds. Don't waste your money and time.

I had a great experience, everything they said was fulfilled with me, I had excellent results and all the employees who helped me were very clear, and the PROFESSIONAL who carried out my procedures was wonderful.

The only good thing I can say is the staff was friendly. I paid for the camouflage treatments due to light spots on my legs and no real results.. And treatments on my stomach and again no results.. I will never recommend a single soul to this place. To pay over two thousand dollars for treatments and not seeing no results is a real problem for me… Not worth the money or the time…..

In writing this review and being vulnerable by showing my pictures, I am hoping I can save others the headache. Please do not waste your time or money here. I have surgical scars from spine surgery and a few areas with stretch marks. I decided to purchase a packages based on realistic results that was shown to me and what I was told to expect. What a mistake. The employees are rude, unprofessional and unorganized, and I have come to realize that this place is a total fraud. They will lie to you, take your money, and will not provide the services you paid for. There will be one excuse after another. In the end, you will not see the results promised and you most definitely will not see results nowhere near what is shown in the promotional videos. Do not be fooled. From the very beginning it was a nightmare. I was told they could not find the notes from Anna who sold me my packages so they ended up not treating me for everything I paid for. I let that go because I was tired of hearing the lies. My treatments began and several times I have shown up to appointments and have been told they ran out of supplies and could not do my treatment. Reasons such as corporate did not order enough needles or still waiting on corporate to order supplies. I have had appointments cancelled last minute for one reason or another. It has been a complete waste of my time. And after one year of painful treatments and thousands of dollars, take a look at some of my pictures to see the final outcome. Where is the camouflage? Recently, I drove back in town and showed up to my appointment because I was scheduled for treatment, only to be told my treatments are over. Based on the results so far I did not think I was near the end of my treatments so I was shocked. And in trying to discuss this with the camouflage tech, her responses were extremely rude and disrespectful. "Did I expect magic?" was one of her many nasty comments. This place should not be in business for false advertising and unethical business practices.

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I had a terrible experience with this business. I paid $4k and was very excited to get treatment on areas that I am very subconcous about and stretch marks that I've had since I was 12. But in the 10 months I spent there as a client, they burned my arm with a chemical peel, and would not finish treatment on a single area that I paid for. There has been 100% turnover in techs and management, and because the business keeps losing employees and no longer has experienced professionals, they are taking money but refusing to complete treatment, botching clients, and ignoring emails and concerns. Their stretch mark camouflage specialist left the business, and for months, they had to fly in an expert tech from Florida (who was actually great!). But it was not sustainable and they could not keep up with client demand, so they changed policy and limited the number of camouflage sessions so that you have to buy more. Then they started ghosting clients. There was a five month gap between my camoflauge sessions. And when I finally had my session, I show up and the experienced tech was not there. They said she had an "emergency" and that one of the trainees was going to do my tattoo instead with a color that the other tech had mixed up for her before she left. Keep in mind, this is supposed to be an *exact* color match to your skin. And there was one pre-mixed color for my glutes and my breasts (which are 2 shades lighter). The trainee was not experienced and multiple areas were skipped. I was left with dark marks on my thighs that are in the opposite direction of the stretch marks, and the stretch marks on my breasts are now darker than the surrounding skin and even harder to cover up. I sent pictures and emails after the session, but all of them were ignored. When I tried to talk to them in person, I was treated like a nuisance, given the cold shoulder, and talked about in Spanish right in front of me, thinking I did not understand. They would not refund me for the chemical burn (which thankfully healed) and offered me one area of laser hair removal instead. I only accepted at the time because I was still waiting for the stretch mark camouflage. It turns out they only offered me half the number of laser sessions required for hair removal (6 instead of 12). So I did not get hair removal results in that area. When I signed up one year ago, it was because they assured me that I would get as many stretch mark camouflage sessions that I needed for results, which made me go with them and not a competitor that was 3x cheaper but only offered one touch up session. After taking my money, they changed the terms of our contract with "new management" and suddenly said I could only have two sessions. Pics attached with my “final” results. Please be very cautious and document and record *everything* if you proceed with this business. At one point, they tried to tell me that I had paid $4k to treat ONE area and not any others. I had to show invoice quotes as proof of what I paid for. The last straw was them telling me that I already had 4 tattoo camouflage sessions, knowing that I only had two; to absolve themselves of completing my treatment and finishing the areas that were missed, or giving me my money back. I will now be taking legal action and will also be reporting them to their medical board.
