Ideal Image Buford

I had a laser hair removal session today at Ideal Image, and I couldn't be more impressed! Lu was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly informative, explaining every step of the process and making sure I understood what to expect. Not only that, but she was so kind and patient, which really helped me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire treatment. I highly recommend Lu and Ideal Image for anyone considering laser hair removal!

Erin was great. All the ladies that work there are super welcoming and professional. I did cool sculpting and it was a great experience. Erin made everything super comfortable for me and was very attentive. Can’t wait to come back.

Unfortunately, I did not get to visit the center simply because the consultant(Imrana Wali) did a lousy job. She did not answer my questions and was very rude. She was in a rush and she was more concerned about getting my $35 deposit to lock me in than to address my concerns regarding the treatments. When she realized that I was not going to sign up with her she was talking about “when you call back you’re not going to find this deal” Money was not an issue for me. I just wanted to feel comfortable about the services I was going to get. She needs to go work at a car dealership. She’ll probably be more successful there.

Lu was amazing and so helpful! She gave me suggestions to better my skin and for anti-aging. She was very gentle. Great service!

I love Ideal Image they are very professional and easy to talk with. The NP that does my procedure is Lue and when I tell you she is the best. She is very knowledgeable, she explains things in depth. I hate needles but she was so gentle and the way she talked me through the whole process was incredible. I always get good results this is why she is the only one I feel comfortable with.
