I’ve always been satisfied with the quality and follow up care received from Meadows. They DON’T just leave you hangin once they have your money - they make sure you are taken care of and satisfied with results. Not always a common finding these days! I had more follow up visits than I can recall post surgery - at no additional cost than what I already paid. They took their time and I actually met with my surgeon at each visit as well. Highly recommend!

I went to the buford location regularly for all my aesthetic needs & referred dozens of people.. I had filler saved up from my last visit. I’d estimate about $500-$800 worth. Well, I needed to book a visit and commerce was closer (around oct 2024). they didn’t disclose I couldn’t use my saved filler at commerce and booked me anyway (Buford handled the booking). Went to commerce and had a good experience w/ Amanda but still couldn’t use my saved filler, that I had ALREADY PAID FOR!!. I was then told they are NO longer saving any filler and are selling 1/2 syringes, so they’re discontinuing saving any filler leftover.. I kept contacting Buford, yet they ignored me and refused to book me to use it. For that reason, I won’t be referring or returning. Shady business practices are a no for me… and I won’t spend my money with a business that doesn’t value their customers and their hard earned money! I advise everyone to steer clear of this business. Not one to share negative experiences and it pains me to have to share my recent experience with a business I have patronize for several years. I recently ( Approx 2 months ago) went to have Chin and Jawline filler at Meadows Surgical arts based solely on previous non surgical processes in the past( Facials, Micro dermabrasion..etc)that I was pleased with. I was very disappointed with the seemingly lack of experience and literally no visible changes to the area of face treated from the day of the procedure until today. My injector (apparently the owners wife) friendly but Did not seem to know proper technique, or just general lack of experience for this process. during this procedure, she had 2 female, attendance, providing verbal acknowledgment when the correct field amount was reach for each strategic part of my procedure. I had the overwhelming feeling that she’s simply was not comfortable or lack the experience in this area. At the end of the process, I sensed that she was not happy with the overall results. I literally spent over $1400 for 30 minutes (excluding the time for numbing) yes with absolutely zero noticeable results. I knew it immediately at the conclusion of the procedure and waited 30 to 60 days with absolutely no change. Subsequently I went to another establishment and had the same process and product by a different injector with amazing results. Very dissatisfied experience and I would never visit again.

This is my first time to get dysport from Meadows and I couldn’t be happier! I had felt like I was getting way more than I needed by my previous injector and boy was I!! Eileen did a wonderful job of doing just the right amount and it was about 15 units less than what I had been getting. She said she’d rather I come back for more if I needed it, than doing too much. I truly appreciate this approach! I came back today as I had slight movement on one eyebrow and they only used one unit to fix it - it worked like a charm. They didn’t even charge me for the additional unit I got today. I am so happy with my results and I highly recommend Meadows!

I have been going to Meadows Surgical Arts for several years and have always had amazing results. Everyone is respectful and makes me feel like I matter. They have had a tough year as they lost Dr. Meadows, but I believe he would be so proud of how they have persevered. I highly recommend.
