I am someone who hates waiting, especially at a doctors of office. Getting sick is so unpredictable and being a walk-in has always been at least an hour just in the waiting area for my name to be called. The new Wellwait portal is AMAZING!!!! I was able to walk in confirm my info with the ladies at the front desk, see the doctor and out the doors in about 20 mins. I will be using the wellwait every time.

They are HORRIBLE at answering the phones. They have the worst customer service when they do answer the phones. Also good luck getting in touch with the nurses and doctors to answer so you can get your prescription refilled. So happy the new clinic opened up in town. Do NOT go here!! I had to add more because “Dr. Crowe” proceed to call my wife and act so unprofessional and sends her prescription to the place we had asked numerous times it not be sent to so she still can’t get her medication. Do NOT go here.

We are blessed to have them here. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind, the staff are all great at their job, and very courteous. For a small town , this is a great asset

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This medical center is an Absolute Joke!!! The doctors think an hr of waiting after your scheduled appointment just to even See the doc is "decent time". Last week had my daughters 4 yr check up and the doc argued with me on whether or not my child should get the flu vaccine which we don't get because we all get sick anytime we get it after waiting an hr just for him to come in the room. And today my husband had an appointment at 3:40, it is currently 5:03 and he has still not seen his doctor. If you have a choice, go Anywhere else!!!

Our family has used The Medical Center for over forty years. They have always provided EXCELLENT care. The staff are patient and accommodating. The doctors are knowledgeable and don't hesitate to send you to a specialist if/when it is warranted. We also very much appreciate the after hours urgent care they offer. We've had to use that service a couple of times and were very happy we didn't have to use the ER. To those of you complaining about rude nurses...I've seen nurses that didn't have time to chat due to an overflowing patient list, but I have never one time encountered a 'rude' nurse. Personally, if I had to put up with the attitudes they encounter every day, I'd be snapping some heads off. I think the nurses are awesome with their patients and in the loving care they provide.
