The care that I received today was outstanding. Dr. Stephanie was very informative and courteous while treating me, also listening to and answering me with my questions and concerns regarding my condition. Becky her assistant was great and also very courteous. Upon checkout I was greeted by Sherrill who was also so kind setting me up for my next appointment. A great experience all the way around. Great job team!!!

Staff was exceptional! Wait time was minimal and I felt comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment plan! The doctor focused on me instead of a computer and gave me ample time to discuss my concerns.

Very knowlegable,kind and extremely patience is how I feel about this place. I recently took my granddaughter for some eczema issues. They made her feel confident in that they can/will help her. First impressions say a lot and for us it said everything.

Ive visited this office several times. I have always had a great experience each time, the staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Knoepp is very thorough and is kind and caring, Ive been very happy with my care here and will continue to be a patient!!

Caroline Brown is rude and disrespectful. My husband went in for an appointment regarding some skin problems he had been having including eczema. He showed her a photo of our son and his eczema and just politely asked the question if eczema was genetic and if he had passed the gene onto our son. She lost it on him and spoke poorly of our pediatrician “not providing us a diagnosis” (she did, she literally said it was eczema and gave us a treatment plan) and made the comment to him that he and his wife “need to communicate more.” I didn’t realize that she was a pediatrician and a marriage counselor. She provided a lot of input on things unrelated to her field of expertise but somehow managed to not provide any answers or treatment to my husband’s skin allergies and eczema.
