I had an excellent experience at Georgia Dermatology. Everyone was extraordinary and kind. I appreciated the nurse making my visit feel personal, the doctor for providing gentle yet efficient care, and the receptionist for getting me in and out quickly despite being extremely busy! I highly recommended this clinic!

I am going for my acne treatment and discoloration in my underarms and they closed the Baxley office where Julie Maddox was and she really cared about me and my conditions. Now I have to drive over an hour for my appointment and my first visit to this office they were 40 minutes late in seeing me and spent less than 5 minutes with me. I had high hopes for this office and they are failing. If I was 40-minutes late they would make me reschedule.I can honestly say that I did not feel respected. My time matters too. I do understand that the computers were down, but I called at 3:30pm to see if their systems were back up and they said they were and that they would remind them to submit my information but they still didn’t submit my labs or RX so that I can do my portion in the ipledge program. I do not feel like they cared about me at all! Not a good first impression after the wonderful care I got in Baxley with Julie! I only have a few more months on this thank goodness because I am already dreading going back! Also the office staff mentioned that the computers seem to go down often! If my next appointment is like this I will be very upset!

This was my third appointment and it went just as well as my first two! Friendly staff! Very professional and accommodating! Would highly recommend!
