I arrived at my appointment well on time, considering it was scheduled for 10:45 AM. However, I was not seen until 1 hour and 4 minutes later! I was absolutely livid—never in my life have I waited over an hour for an appointment. The longest I’ve ever waited for any appointment is 20 minutes. If you're going to make patients wait that long, the least you can do is come out and inform us of the delay. Instead, we were left sitting there with no updates. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a TV on to help pass the time. It’s unacceptable to keep patients in the dark. If a patient showed up that late, they’d be told to reschedule because their appointment was canceled. The same consideration and respect should apply to your scheduling. Please work on better communication and respect for patients’ time.

Dr. Parkers group has been extremely helpful and friendly to me and my children we see them regularly for eczema now and they answer all my questions without any issue. Dr. Parker is very friendly and so is his staff.

First off the staff is amazing!! They are the sweetest and most caring group I have ever dealt with. My son who is 8 and I each had a small mole removed. The doctor was awesome! He was quick and patient and made this a good experience for both of us.

Dr Parker if very though and has a good patient maner. He has been my doctor for a long time and I appreciate his help.

Great customer service the staff is amazing very polite they actually care how u are treated. Great Doctors I have never had a bad experience. Would recommend the place
