I am a patient of Dr. Abdul Hafiz since 08/2018. He detected my Cutaneous B Cell Lymphoma cancer through biopsy results in 2018. Since then I visit him 3/4 times a year. Also I see him for full skin check up once a year. He is an awesome physician. Love his detailed explanations of the diagnosis and prognosis of my cancer even I have a medical oncologist in Emory Winship Cancer Hospital. The office couldn’t be more cleaner. I love all of his nurses . I will recommend Dr. Hafiz to family and friends in less than a heartbeat. 🙏❤️🩹💯✅😊
Dr Hafeez is the best Dr I have ever seen. He treats his patients like family. His staff are excellent. I love his nurse. I drive 7 hrs to see him. If he ever moves I would follow no matter the hrs to get there. He found cancer when 4 other dermatologist missed it. All of my family sees Dr Hafeez.Thank you Dr Hafeez for caring. May God continue to use you and bless you
My first appointment, I did sit in the waiting room for quite a while before I was seen. It was on a Tuesday. Someone in the waiting room said it was because the drug reps were there. Once I got back to the room, the nurse was very nice and the doctor did a very thorough examination and did a good job of explaining what he saw and of listening to me. When I went back for my procedure, I wasn't in the waiting room quite as long. And he did an excellent job with the procedure and was very kind. I would definitely go back to him again, but I do agree that it was a long wait in the waiting room. But at the same time, he does take time with his patients and that is a good thing. Most doctors just rush in and only see you for a couple of minutes and run out again. At least this doctor takes time to listen to you.
The doctor is not bad. I’d say average at best and he tends to spend very little time with patients but that isn’t my main issue. My main issue is with the women they have employed at the front desk. The receptionists always have the most snobby attitude and tone. If you do not have insurance or are insured through marketplace, they will definitely treat you like you’re beneath them. I’ve seen it with my self and others I know who have gone to this practice. If you’re still getting paid, why the attitude? These people should not be working in healthcare. Time to go somewhere else that values their patients regardless of what insurance they do or do not have.
I really like Dr. Hafeez and his staff. They always give you a price breakdown of what everything will be charging (if they take if they do a small procedure to take a sample or biopsy etc). Dr. Hafeez also takes the time to listen and is very nice. I had gone to a different Dr before and they only cared about charging money and their pockets and not the patients. Dr. Hafeez actually cares for his patients and wants them better.
