Dr. Alvin I. Rosenthal, MD

I was referred to Dr. Rosenthal after a hand injury and I received excellent care from him. He was highly skilled, professional, and took the time to explain everything carefully. His office was very nice, his staff was pleasant and I definitely recommend him after my experience.

Dr. Rosenthal repaired an opening on my nose where a basal cell carcinoma had been removed. He explains, asks questions, and makes sure you understand what the procedure is to accomplish. His staff is wonderful and very helpful.

So disappointing the only doctor under my insurance program. Not once was I told during the appointment setup or visit or even AFTER the visit there would be a consultation fee. During the visit the doctor rushed quickly into the room, my husband had to close the door after him, he sat across the room and not ONCE looked at the issue I was having, he only spoke of what things he has done in the past. I asked what plan he would have for me and his response was “I won’t know till I get in there”. That’s not a consultation specific to me so I was not surprised I was not being charged and actually very disappointed with his short comments as if he needed to be somewhere else ……. Until the bill arrived !! They not only billed my insurance but wanted another payment from me for what insurance did not cover. I have since had a consultation with a reputable surgeon who examined, wrote up a POC and detailed billing estimate at NO CHARGE. Dr Rosenthal office is still calling me for $40…… he was lucky I didn’t report him for scamming Aetna

My experience was awesome. Michelle can find a way to come across as nonchalant and a little insensitive…but besides that, the office is great. I’m in love with my results.

Had a breast incapsalation Fixed after 18 years of having breast . He did a wonderful job . Would recommend this Dr.
