Dr.Rosenthal and his staff, Michelle and Sandy, are the best anywhere! I was sent to Dr. Rosenthal by my dermatologist after he performed Mohs surgery for skin cancer on my ear. 4 cm of my ear was removed to get all the cancer. My dermatologist said the gap was too large for him to close and sent me immediately to Dr. Rosenthal. He explained what he would do and set up the first surgery 2 days later. Dr. Rosenthal is so kind and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Michelle and Sandy are both so knowledgeable and caring to relieve my anxiety. I feel like they are extended family. I needed a second surgery to complete the reconstruction of my ear, and once again Dr. Rosenthal explained everything so I knew exactly what to expect. I am so pleased with the care and kindness I received. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

My follow up appointments regarding my healing complication were timely, no waiting weeks to be seen again. He saw me the next day unless it was a weekend and I was seen on Monday.
