I had a wonderful experience with Jasmine during my appointment today. Jasmine was very knowledgeable and professional during my procedure. Jasmine made me feel relaxed and comfortable during it all. I would definitely recommend Advance Dermatology and Jasmine in the future. Great experience.10 out of 10 would recommend.

I had my first Hydrafacial with Jasmine, and I absolutely loved it! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous about the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final results. I’m thrilled to incorporate her services into my regular maintenance routine!

I’ll start by saying the staff at the Lawrenceville office were very pleasant and fun. It was the Christmas season and everyone was filled with the holiday spirit EXCEPT the PA, Noel Ferrer, who “kind of” examined me. She had the attitude of the Grinch; no warmth, no smile, and no personality. She glanced at my problem foot, on her way in the office, from about 8 to 10” away. The spot was so small, unless she had x-ray vision, I don’t know how she even got a good look at it. I asked how she could tell what it was that quickly. She replied, “That’s what we’re trained to do.” Obviously, she wasn’t trained in bedside manners! She rushed through the appointment, seeming to barely want to answer my questions. If I have to go back, I DEFINITELY would not use her. I see why her calendar was empty and was easy to get an appointment with her if she treats all patients as she treated me!

Do not go here. I decided to make appointment at Lawrenceville location since it was closer to my home. I did a yearly skin cancer screening as a new patient. Keep in mind this facility is in-network with my insurance and they also advertise free screenings to new patients. I was told after my very quick appointment that I owed $121 and that they do not bill preventive services there. When I mentioned the free screening, I was told that I did not receive the screening from a provider that is at no cost. The girl who checked me out, told me if I had a problem with it I can call corporate. I then received a bill in the mail asking for $18 more that I owed. 2 months later and I’m still mad about it!

My experience at this medical office was very disappointing. The staff's was unprofessional, one of then looks like her  last shower was weeks ago. When I was called back to the room, the assistant started asking me personal questions in the  way to the room that made me wonder if she fully understood HIPAA regulations. The patient room had an unpleasant smell, and the floor looked dusty and dirty. The assistant continued asking me general questions and took a photo of my face for their records, which made me uncomfortable. I had already uploaded a photo of my driver’s license during online registration, and they even scanned it again at check-in. When Dr. Goldsmith finally arrived, she was polite but seemed overly hyper and rushed. She repeated herself several times, making her responses feel inconsistent, and I felt she didn’t really listen to my concerns. She was very standard. Our interaction lasted only about 15 minutes, and she left abruptly, leaving me with more questions than answers. Afterward, her assistant escorted me to checkout, where I encountered an unfriendly receptionist. She asked, "So, you want to make an appointment in three months?" in a dry, impolite tone. When I responded that I would call, she simply said, "Have a good one," with no courtesy. As a patient, I believe compassion and empathy are essential in a healthcare setting, and I did not experience that here. Given the high cost of the visit and the way I was treated, I will be requesting a refund and do not recommend this office to others.
