I made an appointment and communicated with Robin in Jan/ Feb. Robin was very pleasant and informative. She initially recommended diluting the Dysport that was applied because it was new for me. I was told that I wouldn't need a follow up for 4-6 months. Unfortunately less than a month later I only had minimal benefits so I came back in 3 weeks later. This time Robin administer the Dysport without dilution and charged me the same amount as previously when it was recommended to be diluted. Once again, I received minimal results and after 3 weeks I spoke with Robin who was unclear as to why. She then told me that she would speak with some of her colleagues for more insight, this was early March. To this day I haven't received any more clarity and though her establishment/ customer service is up to par, the Dysport efficacy and the follow up has been severely lacking on top of being charged 2X to deal with the same results. I had hoped for better.

I’ve been going here since October of 2020, and Robin is so professional and very punctual. She is always giving me good information about my health and ways to keep me in shape. I’ve lost body fat and body weight since I started seeing her back in October of 2020 this was also combined with my workout regimen. She is very well educated in her career field!! If you want that summer body head there now!!!

Amazing service! Robin goes above and beyond and I could not be happier with the results. I lost 15lbs in 5 weeks! I have tried countless diets and methods and nothing really worked. But Robin is a true professional and I am thankful I found her. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough about my treatments with Robin. I was new, nervous, and uninformed but she put me at ease. I’ve received several aesthetic treatments and I’ve referred a few of my close friends. As a matter of fact, I have an upcoming event and have already booked my next appointment in July.

I purchased this off Groupon based off reviews. I called in two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment & spoke with Robin. We scheduled the appointment for 4/1/21 at 10:00am. She sent me an email with forms to fill out, which I did the same day. I received 2 emails confirming the appointment day & time. The morning of the appointment, I arrived at 10am sharp. I get to the office & NO ONE WAS THERE!! I called several times, sent an email and a message through the patient portal. I waited over 40 minutes and received no calls regarding rescheduling, running late, etc. I literally planned my whole day around this scheduled appointment only to find this place has zero professionalism or regard for their customers, scheduling, customer service, etc.
