I absolutely love this place, it is hands-down, the best relaxing medical spa I have ever been to. I walked in and was greeted with smiles all of them introducing themselves. The front desk was so kind to show me around and get me ready. I was so happy with my service & the monthly sales make it so affordable I will 100% be coming back to this amazing spa. I can’t wait for my next laser hair removal. Everyone is so knowledgeable.

I’ve been coming here for the last year for my laser hair removal and it’s safe to say I am very happy with my results so far! Jean does my laser and she is absolutely the best there is, she always makes me feel so comfortable and answers all my questions and concerns. They also offer a ton of discounts to make these treatments more affordable.

The laser technology they use is top-notch, I've noticed a significant reduction in hair after just a few sessions, and I'm looking forward to the final results! I am updating my 5 star rating to 2 stars because of policy, not service. I have been a client here since 2021. Jenna has been doing my laser the last two years and she’s amazing. She gets 10/10 for excellent service. I’ve gotten multiple laser packages and have had one or two skin treatments as well. I’ve also referred my friends and have received account credits as a result. While I have been a client here I have never had to cancel an appointment and I always arrive early. Unfortunately my cycle started the day before my appointment so I called to reschedule a full 25 hours ahead of time. I was told I would be charged $30 for not rescheduling 48 hours ahead of time even though it was 25 hours ahead. I’ve been a client there since 2021, this was my first time needing to reschedule and it was for a reason beyond my control. I could understand the no exception policy if I was canceling the day of. I know that some people may say that it’s only $30 and fortunately, I am an attorney so it’s not a matter of being unable to afford it. However, small things like this matter to me especially when there are so many other laser places in Atlanta. Additionally, my laser days are a treat and part of my self care routine so I don’t want it to feel like a hassle or burden. I’m sure this company doesn’t care whether I continue to patronize their business or not but I’ve been a great client, I tip well (with cash!) and want to feel valued where I spend my money. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise since I was considering switching to this place for my skin services that I get at a med spa not far from there. I hope in the future they will be more considerate and show more appreciation to their repeat clients. Always a great experience here. I had laser hair removal with great results. Kelly is awesome! The spa is always clean and I feel comfortable and safe there.

I’ve been going to Skinsations for over a year now. I have nothing but good things to say. The customer service is superb - Amanda and Austin are super sweet! The estheticians are professional and make the laser hair removal as comfortable as possible. Jenna and Jean did a great job! Jean also does my diamond glow facials - which are my favorite! You feel like a whole new person afterward. There’s a new special every week. The prices - especially for laser hair removal - are the best in the city. I recommend them to anyone looking for a med spa!
