My first appointment was yesterday. It went exceptionally well. The office was easy to find and inviting upon my arrival. Selma is amazing! She was very welcoming, patient, and offered a realistic plan for me. She was very comfortable with and informed about melanated skin. That was top tier! Dr. Ferrara is so pleasant and personable. The office is such a pleasant environment. Marcia was just as wonderful. She was professional and thorough. I felt supported, understood, and prepared for the next steps.
