Went in for laser hair removal today for my upper and lower legs and had no idea what to expect. Erin was so pleasant and talked me through the entire process. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Had a great experience! Excited to see the results. Would highly recommend Ideal Image’s laser hair removal services to anyone!

Ideal image is a very professional environment. The staff are very attentive to each clients personal needs. It is not a one size fits all kind of an establishment. Tennille,, My nurse was very patient, super sweet. She took her time and was patient and doing laser that’s so painful she totally made it better.. This clinic parking was surprisingly easy, the practice was super big, spacious and clean.. I met 2 staff members as well and they were super sweet too… Thanks for everything, I’ll be back and the service is definitely a 10 for me

When I walked in I was greeted by two lovely receptionist. They were professional and extremely pleasant. The establishment was clean and beautiful. Then I spoke with the nurse practitioner. I believe her name was Jennifer I think either way she was thorough in the questions that we discussed. She was very professional and polite and caring about my wants and concerns and about my medical history. Then I met with my injection specialist Amanda and she was absolutely awesome again professional lovely very personable and caring and I can honestly say for the first time since I’ve been having Botox and fillers done. This is my first time with idle image, and there was no pain and she almost did everything completely effortlessly with no discomfort a little bit around the eyes for a second , but that is extremely normal in that area. I can honestly say it was a much more pleasant experience than what I have experienced in the past with numerous other establishments. I would recommend idle image of Belle‘s ferry so anyone that’s looking to have any of the services done if you want people that care about you care about your wants and needs and making you feel right at home and happy and just in all around pleasant experience from the time you walk into the time that you leave this is the place that you should go. They 100 percent knocked it out of the park!! Thank you So much for a wonderful experience!! I will continue to come back and recommend you to anyone that is interested!! I am in the beauty industry as I own my own small business, a salon suite, and so it truly is appreciated when you see other establishments go out of their way to make each person that comes in to have the best experience possible!

Came in for a touch up with Mandy and she is always amazing! Super sweet and attentive and makes sure that things are done in the best manner possible. And the front desk staff is also amazing, they were able to squeeze me in the same day with my last appointment. Thank you!!
