My ex Mother in law had an appointment. They always are very kind and respectful to her . She's been a patient with this office for 20 years now. Great staff. It makes it easier to come to the doctor knowing they are always kind to her here.

I returned to see Susan and Kinley today and got my facial to start off my week. She treated my cystic acne as well. Thank you for doing such a great job and knowing what’s best for my skin care.

My 5-star rating is specifically for my experience with Dr. Daling at this clinic. She is absolutely the best doctor I've had, and I would recommend her without reservation to family and friends. She takes the time to listen and has a more holistic approach to health care than other doctors I've seen. I have seen her multiple times and always been completely satisfied with the experience.

Just wanted to say how appreciative we were to have Dr. Sanders treat one of our kids in care. She was thorough and followed up with us to make sure our little guy was on the mend. On one occasion we walked in for a visit and waited to be seen by someone. We waited less than 40 minutes and after some blood work and other testing, we were sent to the ER for a serious emergency. We were well card for at this office.

Staff at front desk are rude. They interrupt and speak over you even after they ask you a question. No compassion. No grace. I even got hung up on once. Not all walk ins are welcome. Be sure to call and see if your walk in "reason" is something you can actually be seen for. They will not do blood work prior to a physical anymore without being seen first. I am not sure what has happened here. Once was the office that everyone wanted to be a patient of. I remember how everyone would wait months to be seen and still love it. Now they are just less than average. You are treated like you are just a number. I had an appointment and waited an hour to actually get called back to triage? And once a patient, you will get phone calls reminding you to come back every few months for forever. I wish I could rewind time. Go back to how it once was. Ah, the good ol days.... But, no. Getting hung up on, disrespected, wait forever to be seen.... makes the minute clinics look so much better. I do not recommend. But, really maybe this is just the new common.
