I'm just giving a review on this place because I love it so much. Everyone is always so pleasant to be around. Dr. Altheia is amazing, she listens very well, she truly cares and has gotten me set up with everything I need to start my health/ healing journey. ❤️

My rating is heartfelt and meaningful. I have gone to Dr. Walraven (Jamie) for many years. I cannot say enough positive, wonderful things about Dr. Walraven. She’s compassionate, educated, kind, and a joy to be around. However, the way this practice is managed is inexcusable. Try calling to make an appt? Good luck, not going to happen. Try emailing to make an appointment? Got 4 days? You’ll hear back then. Try messaging thru their patient portal? Well, that’s a joke. You’ll hear back in a week. I have voiced my frustration to the practice with their “lack of responsiveness”. And still no response! I desperately needed a Botox touch up. Very simple. I even emailed pictures! They booked an appt for me at random without speaking with me. I tried calling a multitude of times to say I couldn’t attend the random 1pm appt they booked me during the work week but no response. I had to go as far to email them stating “are you all ghosting me?” which finally led to a half attempt of a response from the staff. I not only waited a day for a response….I waited a week. It got to the point where I drove to the office and had to go IN PERSON to get something scheduled. Is that not absolute insanity?! I am a kind, patient, understanding individual. But, I will not pay large amounts of money for aesthic work as well as take time away from my work and personal life to be disrespected, unheard, and ignored. It’s 2023….this is absurd. Answer your phone. Respond via your patient portal. Call back within a few hours. Make your clients a priority. Otherwise, they’ll go elsewhere. Which is exactly what I’ve done. ***update to review since business responded. They responded to my review quicker than they do to call or email back when you’re trying to get an appointment. I can’t stop laughing. A week to get a hold of someone but 1 day for them to respond to a review. The irony!!!!

I went to Ageless Wellness Center on Friday. This was my first visit and I drove from Birmingham. This was such an amazing experience. Dr. Walraven listened to my concerns and was genuinely concerned with my issues. I cannot wait to receive my test results and begin my journey to feeling better. Ageless Wellness is comfortable, relaxing and has an amazing welcoming staff! Ageless Wellness is still my go to for functional medicine and esthetic procedures. I still drive from Birmingham for my treatments. Everyone is friendly and extremely caring.I am excited to start my weight loss journey.
