I have been getting my lashes done with Jess for about two years now, and in that time she has become a great friend. I look forward to our chats every time I have an appointment. What initially stood out to me was the quality of her products. She told me that what I had been previously using was really damaging my natural lashes & that she uses very high quality products to keep natural lashes safe. After two years I can say she is definitely right. She really is thoughtful and honest about what you need and won’t ever compromise the health of your natural hair/lashes. I trust her. I've been comming here regularly now for lash extensions for about 4 months and Hanna does an amazing job every time! And they look fabulous. Also everyone I've encountered in the shop is nice. Elena is amazing!! I haven’t done anything to my hair in over 6 years I finally went another salon in June and they messed up my hair, went back the next day and they messed it up more! I had so many different shades and colors that did not blend well.. I called this morning and made an appointment, I came in and told Elena what I wanted and what I needed done.. and guess what she went above and beyond to make my hair amazing!! I’m so happy that I put my trust and hair in her!! Thanks again
