The best spa ever. I’m joined this place for few years, and I very pleased with every visit. The staff make you feel very welcome. I get my lips done, and micro needling with Rachel. And I also get my permanent makeup (lips, eyeliner and eyebrows) with Bella. Both of them are so sweet. I definitely always recommend them

I’m a newer customer and so glad I started my skincare journey here. Rachel has been very accommodating and attentive to my desires, and insures we get the most out of every treatment. Every staff member has been very nice. 10/10 recommend for all your skincare needs!

All of the staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable & best of all welcoming. I have never felt judged by anyone. The facility is very clean, atmosphere is calm & the air is little on the warm side so you won't need a sweater or anything.

This is absolutely the best MedSpa in this area! The Customer Service, the management and services offered are by far superior to the others. Now with the permanent makeup, cool sculpting, etc., It just keeps getting better. Great job Vitali staff!!

Botox. Vitali Medspa Medical spa in Pooler, Georgia I would give Jeanie 10 stars if I could! From the moment I stepped in the door everyone was SO friendly, welcoming and helpful. Jeanie took the time to explain everything before she started and you could tell she was extremely experienced, personable and knowledgeable. Jeanie made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Jeanie has a very gentle and steady hand, that’s exceptional in my opinion. I strongly recommend a visit if you’re thinking of any aesthetic enhancements.
