Quite literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful. This is the gold standard! 1000 stars!

I was only a patient here for a few months, but it was the most positive experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. The employee working the front desk each time I came in was extremely welcoming and friendly. He ALWAYS remembered my name, and that made me feel extremely appreciated. I can rarely remember names, so I apologize! The whole staff goes out of their way to get to know you, so it doesn't feel like your typical doctor's appointment that's strictly professional and serious. I felt like I was talking with friends instead. It's such an easygoing environment, and I never felt uncomfortable. Dr. Harmeling is such a genuine human being. He truly cares for his patients and that's super rad. (: Thanks for taking care of me, Aloha Nui!

We have been going to Aloha Nui Family practice for 12+ years. Dr Harmeling has been a wonderful health care provider. He is kind, knowledgeable, thorough and actually listens to you. His staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is wonderful to have a family practice doctor who knows your history and cares about you and your health.

My dear darling and I have been with Aloha Nui and staff for about 10 years. During this time Dr. Harmeling and the outstanding team he has assembled have provided us with top tier professional care that not being tied to the insurance industry can provide. Entering the facility and being greeted with heartfelt grinning aloha by front desk commander extraordinaire, Kapa, and super friendly and professional RN Nicole, and other assistants over the decade, then spending unhurried quality time with the aloha saturated Dr. Harmeling, make a visit to the Dr.'s office something to be looked forward to and not to be nervous about. There is laughter and a pervasive feeling of mālama pono for all. Can not say enough good things about this clinic and its people. Aloha Nui, indeed.

Dr.Harmeling has been absolutely FANTASTIC. I’ve had five different doctors on my care team over the past four years and none of them have ever tried as hard as Dr.Harmeling. He takes time to really listen and never rushes you. He does research and digs for answers. He doesn’t give up if the answer isn’t obvious. Best doctor I have had hands down and excellent staff.
