Dr. Murariu is the BEST! He has a great bed-side manner and a sense of humor which I appreciate. He thoroughly explained the procedures he did on me (mastectomy and re-construction) as well as what to expect during recovery. Dr. Murariu is the most compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. He has taking such great care of me over the past several years! After my mastectomy, he performed breast reconstruction and gave me feeling in my breast by transferring nerve graphs. Having lymphedema in my arm, he moved lymph nodes and did lymphedema bypass to help with the swelling. He also did reduction on my other breast for symmetry. Dr Murariu helped me to gain back my confidence as a woman. And for that I will always be grateful. I would highly recommend Dr. Murariu for any plastic surgery. He is the best! 💜

Dr. Murariu is not your typical surgeon he is REMARKABLE. His bedside manner is exceptional. He takes the time to articulate clearly and concisely all surgical options including the pros and cons of the options. Regardless of the type of procedure he is performing, Dr. Murariu made me feel as though I was the only patient he was treating. For example, I have had two non-cosmetic procedures performed by Dr. Murariu and my treating physicians both inquired to who I had complete the procedures because of the attention to detail and the fact I had no scaring. Dr. Murariu is highly skilled and compassionate. My friend and I travelled from NYC to Pittsburgh so that she could have a breast augmentation with Dr. Murariu. My friend looks great and is healing well. He was realistic in helping her choose the right size in line with her goals. He patiently answered all of our questions before and after surgery and made sure we knew what to expect throughout the whole process. A couple days after her surgery we both went to Dr. Murariu for Botox, which neither of us had had before. Again, he was very helpful in answering all of our questions and managing our expectations. I’m extremely pleased with my experiences with Dr. Murariu and would recommend him without reservation.
