Excellent doctor, impeccable bedside manner. I trust dr Gill completely. I had some Botox injections and fillers done a few years ago with very good results and natural looking. When I mentioned a few weeks ago if I might need fillers again, she was very honest and said that it is not necessary in my case. I also took my son there to check up on some freckles and he was impressed! He asked me why he didn’t see other patients and I said that’s because they always run on time. Very punctual. Nowadays some doctors are overbooked or running behind but I never had to wait for my appointment.

I went here to have telangiectasia on my face treated by cautery. It didn’t have any effect and a few spots seemed a little more red than before. I contacted them and they said might require more treatments. There were also some white bumps at the point of contact (these eventually went away). I said wasn’t comfortable going through that again and it might not work or get worse. Her husband/ office manager wanted me to come back in to “make it right.” When I came back, they were so rude to me. The doctor was very passive aggressive. When I talked to her about the treatment not working, she said, “What do you want me to do about it, turn back time?” Then the husband lashed out when I said I didn’t like how I was treated by the doctor and he escorted me out. He was cruel the way he spoke to me. I was almost in tears. When I got to my car, I cried, which is not normal for me but the experience was that upsetting. Also, in the initial appointment, she had given me a cream for my melasma, but since I was going through the other treatment, I only used it once, then held off. They didn’t know I had only used it once. When I came back in for that second appointment, she took photos and compared them to the before photos. She told me how you could see the cream (I was supposed to use it every other day) had helped my melasma. The photos were different lighting. She was telling me how much better it looked, but I didn’t tell her I had only used the cream once. Lastly, they wanted their cream that I paid for back. I explained I had already opened and used it. They demanded I return it and they would refund me. I think it was her own formula, but it was just so bizarre. I refused because I don’t like being bullied and I thought maybe I would use the cream in the future. I’ve been to a lot of doctors because I have an autoimmune disease and I have NEVER been treated so horribly. When he yelled at me and escorted me out, I felt unsafe.

Worst decision of my life was to listen to Amber Gill. She prescribed me Accutane for my acne. Told me it was safe and she would give it to her own brother if he needed it. She would double my dose every time I came in, until the pain in my spine was unbearable. I had every bad side effect Google search show and still have issues. When I told her about them she didn’t care. It was almost like she knew at some point I’d have them and would have to stop taking it.

I Love Dr. Gill!! She is so professional, calm, and also has excellent bedside manner. She cares about her patients and made me feel confident and beautiful. Her office is stunning, clean and well kept. Very easy to book and make an appointment and she was very informational about what to expect before my treatment and after my treatment. Will be back again to do all my follow up treatments with her.
