Having a history of basal cell and melanoma, I’ve never had an annual full body check with all my clothes on. However, Dr. Sheu saw no problem with this, even after I suggested changing into a gown. She examined only those areas not covered by clothes, and still failed to examine my scalp and between my toes. Perhaps they care more for their cosmetic side of the practice than they do for the medical side. MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE at it’s best!

Kind of disappointed. The website states telehealth is offered to new and established patients however the front desk would not schedule me for telehealth as a new patient. I was simply looking to establish care and get prescriptions for an existing regimen that I am on to control acne so I didn't really understand why this couldn't be telehealth. They also have no appointment availability that would work with someone like myself who works 9-5 with a 12pm lunch break and I'm not taking time off for a visit like this.

I have known Dr. Matsuda since 2006. She is an excellent dermatologist and now as the practice has grown, she has what we refer to as the playground. Every wonderful cosmetic procedure with equipment you can possibly imagine. The newest machine is EmFace. If you wanna lift and don't want surgery, consider this Procedure. you will be delighted.

Great practice to keep my skin safe and looking good. Full-service dermatology site with very kind doctors and supporting staff. Always enjoy seeing the gang 🙂
