Review of Dr. Ethan Routt and Staff at Golden Dermatology A Testimonial of Exceptional Care and Compassion I recently underwent Mohs surgery at Golden Dermatology under the care of Dr. Ethan Routt and his wonderful staff, including Joy, Shawn, Charlette, and Kate. Initially, I was more than a little apprehensive about having surgery on my face. However, my concerns were quickly alleviated by the incredible professionalism and kindness shown by the entire team. Despite ending up with a 2-inch line of stitches on my face right after surgery, I am thrilled to report that just 9 days later, the incision is barely noticeable. Dr. Routt and his staff managed to turn a potentially distressing situation into a remarkably positive experience. I am genuinely amazed and thankful to see such a high level of care, compassion, friendliness, and dedication in today's medical field. Traveling from Hilo to Honolulu for the procedure was absolutely worth it. Dr. Routt and his team were so engaging and attentive that I wish they could handle all my medical issues. Dr. Routt and the entire staff are incredibly professional and skilled. I'd highly recommend them for any Dermatology related care. I was nervous about my procedure and Dr. Routt's bedside manner was calm and clear as he walked me through the procedure and what to expect. i fly in from another island for treatment and they were able to promptly get me in at my schedule time with no delays. I feel like I'm in safe hands here. Will be returning for any future care.

Dr Golden and her staff are awesome! My dad had cancer on his ear. They made him very comfortable and thoroughly explained the options and procedure. She did an excellent job and his ear is looking great and we cannot quit telling everyone how wonderful this office and Dr Golden are. Unfortunately we have had to visit many hospitals and doctors over the past few years but this stood out as a professional business. The offices are spotless and beautiful as well.

Dr. Golden is one of the best physicians I've been of patient of in my entire life. She is knowledgeable, explains things thoroughly, has a warm personality and makes the experience, including surgery, quite relaxing and stressless. I recommend her unconditionally.
