So unprofessional! My follow up appointment is 8am. Waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes. They didn't even check on me. Gotta leave the facility and can't waste any more time. Worst facility and service i've experienced in my whole life!! I don't recommend this facility to anyone.

Completely unprofessional. I was a patient of hers when i stayed in maui. I got a mole removed and she got a pathology test done to make sure it wasn’t cancerous. The mole grew back a bit so i wanted to get it removed again but i live in oahu so my new dermatologist needed the pathology test before they could proceed and every time i called this office she would give me the biggest attitude and even hang up the phone on me. She talked so quick that i couldn't understand some things like a phone number so i asked her to say it again and she said it with such an attitude. She talks as if she is being bothered. Her name is micky and she is also the dermatologist and the one who answers the phone. I called again and again and again and she would not answer my call after she hung up on me until i called like the 10th time in a row. I don't ever write reviews but this feels completely necessary. I would give zero stars if i could.

Does not deserve a star. I should have known better after no one answered the phone for 3 weeks! Very dirty exam room. Carpet taped together, dirt and paper under the cabinets. To top it off, she made a very derogatory remark to me.

Amazing. So fast and efficient. My wife has been really concerned about a spot on my abdomen being skin cancer for the last year. I finally made an appointment here. Dr. Ly was so fast and efficient and wasted no time. It ended up being reminisce of a dirt bike crash I had a year prior. She cut it out immediately and sent me on my way. Thank you so much Dr. Ly! I will be bringing my family here for all their skincare needs!
