Dr. Micki N. Ly, MD

I won’t be returning.. walking in she sounds unwelcoming not even to mention being friendly. She was very abrupt in greeting me and needless to say the appointment was rushed and her demeanor was uncaring. She just wanted my money- and her post is false. It’s not defined to details that you get 10% discount for the consult and 50% off the products on the services she offers. It made me feel fraught- leaving the office . I even told the nurse my questions weren’t worth it. Feeling unsatisfactory with questions unanswered. The nurse didn’t make me feel at ease when visiting her.

Horrendous experience with Dr. Ly. If i could give a negative rating i would in a heartbeat. Nothing but condescending, insolent, and short tempered. She spoke to me for one minute before trying to walk out of the room and saying to me quote “i have better things to be doing and other patients I need to see.” I came in with a serious skin condition and i had questions regarding it. She didn't respond to any of my questions and interrupted me every time to only tell me that any of my other options for cures and potential treatments for less invasive routes for my skin treatment were ignorant. She didn’t take my situation seriously or professionally at all. She laughed and joked at my questions and concerns. A cold-hearted woman. Seems like a money laundering business with zero intention for care and prosperity. She failed numerous times to order and send in my prescription which delayed the process. Overall, i do not recommend this place one bit.

I'm not surprised at all about some of the reviews already posted. Dr. Ly was very unprofessional, condescending, and rude. She forgot me in the patient room; I waited over 30 minutes in there before popping my head out. When I did, she was standing right there working on her computer and said "what are you doing? I'll be in there in a minute". I looked in the lobby and there was literally nobody else in the clinic. She simply just forgot. Have some integrity Dr. Ly.

All bad... had me receiving thrombosis treatment for over a year; saw vein specialist: "my veins are beautiful "... I agree w/most of reviews I read: receptionists/whatever...no sense of how to work in med office... and yes, she isn't the touchy feel good practitioner --far from

Mickey Ly has done nothing but a fantastic job with with me as I have all types of skin conditions, somewhat incurable, including my lupus, but she knows how to handle it and take care of it and I appreciate that I’ve Skin person on this island And her treatments have worked better than anybody else’s And as far as rosacea goes just go to the farm store and get ice from me Ron paste and use just a very tiny little bit of it and you mix it with some moisturizer and it kills the little mites that causes that and it’s worked for me instead of paying $300 out of your pocket it’s a six dollar item at the farm store but you can’t use the whole two because that’s for 12 to 1400 pound horse and it’s based on body weight so you just take a very little bit on the tip of your finger mixed up with some moisturizer and I have had no problem with that at all and that’s one thing she didn’t know about because I always go through pharmacies but how how interesting that I for met Ron is for Ron. It kills insects inside the horse while we’re trying to kill him on the outside, but it is can be resorted to the skin, so you do have to be careful. That’s my own thing not hers, but she tried her best to get it lower when it was not easy to do that I don’t understand pharmacies who charge that kind of money for things That people need like the hep C that vaccine where they give you when you get that that’s $80,000 like a lot of people just can whip out 80,000 to save their life the pharmaceutical to sit and watch you die but she does her best to give you the best price on on prescriptions and she knows the problems well so no I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but I haven’t
