I have gone to Autumn a few times in the past few years. I went to another place the first time for fillers for my "marionette lines" which were pretty extreme. They did a good job, but it was VERY expensive and I had quite a bit of bruising. I went to Autumn the next few times and it was less money and I had little to no bruising. I bruise EXTREMELY easy because of a deficiency in my body. Autumn has been honest about which procedures she thinks would benefit me and those she doesn't feel would provide me with the results I am looking for. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable and has never tried to sell me on any products or procedures. I highly recommend Autumn.

Autumn is EXCEPTIONAL! She is a very skilled and professional PA who is diligent with her work. She is very honest and provides patient centered care with the utmost respect. I have been a client for over 5 years for products and services. She offers products that work best for my skin type and does not pressure me to go outside my budgeted resources. For example, on more than one occasion in which I requested filler on a certain area of my face, she advised against it. STAY FAR AWAY from Autumn Heuman PA. Was wanting my sunken jowls filled in from missing back teeth. Autumn told me permanent filler was my best option opposed to 4 dental implants. She injected filler into my parotid gland which I had to have surgically removed. ENT said he scraped out filler the size of a quarter from my parotid gland. Overfilled my cheeks with way more on the left trying to "lift it up!! I AM PERMANENTLY DEFORMED! The filler used is NOT FDA approved for the jowls and filler is not meant to fill where there is so much bone loss. I feel Autumn lacks knowledge, skills, puts profit over patients and fails to advise of side effects. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Autumn for derm fillers or anything else. She censors her reviews.
