I saw Andrea today for my first appointment and she was outstanding. It had been over three years since having my lips done and I can't remember the last time I had them filled without a dental block. The entire procedure was virtually painless and she used only a topical numbing cream. I left her office a little swollen as expected but I am looking forward to seeing the final results in a few days!

To start the clinic itself is immaculate, I had seen this property prior to Vitall moving in and they've done a lot of work to make the space their own. Beau Lee who administered my IV was personable and easy to talk to. He talked me through my test results and made them easy to understand and you could tell he truly cared. I would highly recommend giving Vitall a shot if you are looking for IV treatment or hormone therapy and testing.

Awesome owner and IV hydration station. Beau got me into the office quick and started the IV easily on his first try. Beau used a smaller needle and I barely noticed anything when he started it. I am in the middle of a big mountain bike trip and this IV rehydration gave me extra energy to get in more miles. I also liked how clean and comfortable the facility was. I watched some YouTube videos on the giant TV and before I knew it Beau had the fluids and vitamins finished! I will be going back in a couple weeks to get my hormones and testosterone tested. Vitall was the only IV treatment facility in Boise I called who would accept covid-positive patients & they got me in the same day I called. They had a separate private room for this treatment and very warm and caring staff members. They answered all my questions as a first-timer and checked on me often, bringing me water and tissues and answering more questions as they came up for me. So professionally capable and really incredible as caretakers and facilitators of health. The IV treatment wasn’t nerve-wracking or painful at all — they used a numbing agent before putting the tiny IV needle in — and only took about 45 minutes. I will be returning. Thank you for providing this wonderful & personable service!!

This is the only place I will be coming for IV therapy and blood draws from now on. I only wish I'd found them sooner. I have a lot of health issues and my body gets very depleted and dehydrated. This can make it difficult to place the IV, but the phlebotomist was skilled and very communicative. He also checked my blood pressure multiple times to ensure I was okay. The IV fluids and glutathione seemed to be of good quality because I left feeling much perkier! The environment is very relaxing and feels more like a spa than a clinic. There are very comfortable chairs, plants, privacy curtains, and a big screen TV that played relaxing music. They had an extra chair available so my husband was able to sit with me and keep me company. If I have to get IVs and blood draws, I'd rather relax and enjoy myself instead of sitting under fluorescent lights in a doctor's office or hospital. Their prices are very competitive and the staff are all very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!
