I came to laser away for the first time a year ago for laser tattoo removal. The process to get started was easy, the staff was upfront about pricing and treatment. When in the room they make you feel so comfortable and make sure you are in good health to receive optimal treatment. They offered numbing prior and made sure to check with me throughout using the laser to make sure my pain level was tolerable. The nurses and front desk staff are so kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend laser away!

First time doing any 'self care'. As a nurse, I know we rarely take care of ourselves. But I decided it was time to step up and advocate for myself! I researched lasers and companies for the last year and felt Laser Away had the best lasers and trained medical staff. They were also significantly less than the other quotes I received, so I went for it! I was not dissapointed with my first visit. I was treated very well, despite being late (parking was a nightmare). Post treatment education was great. I'm excited to continue treatments until I achieve my desired end results!

I love Laser Away, the girls at the front desk today (Mikaela and Hailee) were the sweetest and brightest girls ever. They made my quick evening appointment feel like a girls weekend. My nurse Mia was experienced and made me feel comfortable during and after my laser. Thank you girls!

So, SO AMAZING. After only 1 treatment of laser hair removal I saw a HUGE change. I honestly had no idea it would be this great. I had been to another hair removal place and did a full treatment (6 months) and although I saw some improvement, I have honestly seen more improvement in ONE SESSION than the entire treatment before. Worth every penny, I am so thankful to have found them!!!

If you’re looking for tattoo removal, this is the last place I would go. Doesn’t matter if they PAID me. I’ve been going for five different tattoos for over a year now. The only one that is even slightly fading is a tattoo I got over 15 years ago. They charged me $1800 and every single tattoo is still there. Every one of their nurses tells you something different- some say wait 8 weeks between appointments, some say 12 weeks. Some say don’t listen to what the front desk people tell you. They also left me in the back numbing and completely forgot about me for an additional 30 minutes during one of my appointments. I have two sessions left and they’re trying to charge me almost $1k more to buy more sessions because there is hardly ANY progress. This place is an absolute scam. I asked to get my progress pictures and received no response. The ladies at the front are nice, but that doesn’t really matter when you’re scammed out of $1800. If you want to pay to be tortured be my guest, but this place is terrible and a complete scam.
