Alpine Dermatology Clinic

My husband recently went in to have some moles removed and to have a massive rash all over his chest, back, arms, neck, and face looked at. They did great with the mole removal, but we were pretty disappointed with how they handled the rash. They tried to put him on some steroid creams (which he had already been using and were not helping). We decided to go to his primary care doctor after this appointment during which they said this rash was not eczema but looked more like an allergic reaction to a medication and was surprised the dermatologist had thought it was eczema. Overall they did pretty good we were just frustrated that we ended up needing to pay for multiple dr appointments instead of just one, in addition to my husband needing to take time off of work in order to be to both appointments.

Called like 10 times to refill my medication but they never called back after leaving several voicemails. I was out of state and couldn’t meet in person for an appointment so they had a 3 min conversation with me asking if everything is good. Later they billed me $150. They just don’t seem like they actually care for their patients and I would recommend to go anywhere else but here.

I will always recommend Alpine Dermatology! The receptionist Yvette greeted us with a gentle, energetic voice that put me at ease and was so kind, and we understood everything she was explaining to us about the paperwork, she answered every question we had clearly. I went in due to having an issue with my skin and the doctor prescribed some medication for it and now my skin feels and looks great! He listened to my every worry and concern about my skin. I greatly appreciated the doctor, nurses and staff! They are a great group of people!!

My experience with Alpine Dermatology Clinic has been wonderful! The staff and nurses have been exceptionally kind, professional and friendly. I've met with Dr. Marshall for all my visits and he is extremely easy to talk to, confident and helpful. His diagnosis and treatments have been effective. I've had an excellent experience with Alpine Dermatology and would highly recommend them to others.

I have only been going to Alpine Dermatology for the last few months, but my experience has been great! The staff is very friendly and they listen intently to questions or concerns you may have about your treatment. Their primary focus is to take care of the patient!
