Dr Birch and his staff are very professional and caring. I received follow up calls to make sure I was doing well and see if I had any questions or concerns. My appointments at the office were completed in a timely manner and and I never felt rushed. If I had questions Dr Birch answered them and explained in a way I could understand. I definately would recommend Dr Birch and Idaho Skin Institute to my friends and others.

Dr. Bingham was very professional and described everything he was doing before he did it. He was very conscious of my comfort, asking if I was ok or if I could feel any part of the procedure. His assistant was equally concerned with my comfort. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Dr Bingham was great. My husband & I were new patients and he was friendly, professional & answered all our questions. He gave us options for our skin but didn't suggest or push any unnecessary procedures.
