Quite impressive facility it is remarkable inside! The floor tile alone is like a showroom. Staff is friendly and polite. Came in for my fuirst full skin body check. Came back clean! Get yours done every year, just plan to strip down! Get in shape now.

I don’t use the Derrick site nearest to me because I love Dr. Hensley. I had surgery at another location and in both places I had not one complaint. From the time you step in the door the attention and care you receive is top notch.

I was extremely happy with the Bartlett office of Derick Dermatology. They were able to get me in quickly. The offices was very friendly, capable and efficient.

Worst experience ever, dermatologist came in for a few min only made an assessment without sending specimen to the lab, They were supposed to call in a prescription to the pharmacy which they never did and then expected me to call different phone numbers to get a quote from their own office for procedures. So unprofessional. If you a new patient look for a different dermatologist.

Everyone there are so courteous and helpful. Dr Stephanie is a charm to work with. She explains everything that is going on
