Dr. Lorna O'Young

On September 12th, I received my first laser treatment from Dr. O'Young with the PicoSure laser. She had previously been using the Revlite laser, and I have had pretty good results with that laser. However, my two tattoos have faded more in one treatment with the new PicoSure laser than I had seen in one treatment with the previous laser. Dr. O'Young is always very friendly and professional. Because the treatment can be a bit painful, she took great care to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, and she checked in with me during the treatment to see if I needed a break. However, the PicoSure laser is less painful than the previous laser, and she was able to treat both of my tattoos without a break. While i was seeing progress with the laser she was using previously, this new PicoSure laser is so much more effective, that I am excited and optimistic that these two tattoos will exist only in memory very soon. I'll definitely be going back, and I'm eager to see how much it fades next time!

On September 19th, 2015 I received my first laser treatment with the PicoSure laser with Dr. O'Young. She had recently been using the RevLite laser machine. When I first got to the appointment Dr O'Young told me that she had just gotten this new laser machine and was telling me about how great that it works. I looked through the booklet and found out that the PicoSure machine breaks up the pigment of the tattoo into dust-like particles so that the body can eat them up more easily, instead of the old laser which breaks them up into rock-sized particles. So that intrigued me to try it because I want to remove this tattoo as fast as possible! The PicoSure laser definitely does not hurt as bad, it dulled the pain a lot. Also, with the other laser machine I was bruising around the tattoo area and with the new PicoSure, I did not bruise at all. My tattoo is very dark and only about five years old so it has been a slow process, but I have seen great progress so far and even more with the PicoSure laser! Dr. O'Young has been so great throughout my whole tattoo removal process. She really cares about the outcome that I wanted and has been very honest about how long the process would take. Also she has been the best about not judging my ugly tattoo! I would recommend Dr. O'Young to anyone looking to get rid of an unwanted tattoo.

I would definitely recommend Dr O'Young to anyone looking for laser procedures. Her office provides very personalized and professional care. Because she is the only doctor in the office, she performs all of the procedures herself. She spends plenty of time with you and answers your questions. I will definitely be going back!

I went to Dr.O'Young becaue my husband and I were having fertility problems. She is very honest and gets strait to the point. She doesnt waist your time. It was really easy to get in for appointments. They were very understanding about the fact the my husband works swing shift, so we could only get in at certain times. And Darla(the receptionist) bless her heart, we love her she's so sweet! It was always a good experiance I'm very thankful for my time with them.

Dr. Young is very good and I recommend to anyone. She's my gynecologist since 2011 up till now. I have been overseas all the time and ensure I have my visit yearly for my obgyn and she did my surgery as well. She's AWESOME Doctor ....
