I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I initially saw a nurse practitioner who gave me a test medication and told me to call for a refill if it worked. When I called two weeks later, I was informed that she no longer worked there, but I was assured I could see a new nurse practitioner at no charge for the refill. Before my visit, I even double-checked to ensure there would be no charges or co-payments. However, since that visit, the clinic has been repeatedly sending me bills and charging me for a co-payment, despite their promise that there would be no charge. It feels dishonest and unprofessional. I trusted their word, but now I’m stuck dealing with unnecessary billing issues. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone due to their lack of transparency and poor handling of this situation.

My visit was concerning for any underlying issues. The doctor I consulted seemed more oriented towards cosmetic thing. The institute felt more towards cosmetic offerings than any treatment on screen. I wasn’t given any medication for my issue, was just told we will keep an eye on it. I am confused with my visit, not what I expected. The staff was friendly and professional.

This office takes great care of my husband. We love how professional the front desk staff are and the Dr always has a friendly smile. Courtney is the best! She goes out of her way to explain things and even called our insurance to get approval for a different procedure, which helped my husband feel more comfortable.

I had a minor procedure done here earlier this year. After the issues with the treatment itself, further issues in the follow up, and a delayed prescription causing some additional issues I just can't recommend this clinic. I know sometimes things fall through the cracks and maybe I just got unlucky, but I was left frustrated and disappointed in the care that I received. I warn people against this clinic if you have other options in your network.

Poor signage once I found the correct address after going to the old building. Need better communication with patients about new address. Receptionists were kind. The music that was being played in the background was not peaceful and very distracting. If instrumental only music could be played, it could be much more peaceful for those of us waiting, who are trying to read, etc.. One lady had to leave because she had to wait an excessively long time to be called back. I waited half an hour for my appointment.
