Every aspect was positive about my experience from scheduling my first consultation to my 1 week post op. The office staff are kind and always follow up and promptly wiith returning my calls and questions. Thank you Rachelle, you are AMAZING. The nursing staff are deeply knowledgeable and kind. And Dr. Poulter, an expert with a well rounded personality, cares about his patients. He lightened things up for me in just the right moments and gave me a good laugh, while still remaining professional. I felt 100% confident in his ability at all times. I appreciate his straightforward and honest approach as well. I want to give a special thank you to those who made my surgery morning a fantastic experience. Dr.Ken, the anesthesiologist -AMAZING AND KIND, Cassidy the surgical nurse -AMAZING, KIND AND JUST AWESOME, and my apologies for forgetting the other nurse in the room who was helping to prep me, who was also AMAZING AND KIND. Dr. Poulter is fantastic and clearly knows the kind of staff he needs to be successful as well as his craft. I had been wanting to get breast implants for 10+ years, then I had my daughter and after breastfeeding for 17 months that desire became stronger. I was scared to take the plunge, but after having Dr Poulter’s name in my phone for 5 years I finally made the decision to take the leap. So very glad I did! Going into my consult I wanted just breast implants, but figured a breast lift would also be recommended which I didn’t want. Dr Poulter said he could give me the look I wanted without a breast lift, so I made my surgery appointment the same day. I am now 3.5 months post breast augmentation surgery, and I am so HAPPY and THRILLED with my new look. Dr Poulter and his staff are very professional, compassionate, and comforting. The days leading up to surgery, the day of surgery, and post surgery they were always there and available to answer my questions and hear my concerns. Dr Poulter called to check on me the day after my surgery, that was so amazing that he took time out of his day to call and check on me making sure I was okay. I have also recently switched to Dr Poulter to get Botox, and he was able to give me the results I wanted in one treatment! I am so grateful for Dr Poulter, his skills, and his artistry as he in turn has helped boost my self confidence.

I was so scared at first when I decided to have surgery! I didn’t want to drive hours away to Chicago or St. Louis so I googled plastic surgeons! He was the one who came up so of course I looked at the reviews AND how long he has had a practice and I thought let’s call and see what happens! I will say first off the staff is wonderful especially Rachelle. Dr. Poulter is truly kind, caring and great bed-side manner. He was very honest which I liked and my procedure turned out way better than I thought! Thank you guys so much!!!

I am 10 days post-op from a mini tummy tuck with lipo to the hips and thighs. I have to say my experience with Dr. Poulter and his staff has been one I will never forget in the best way possible. I am so impressed with my results so far and I know they will just get better with time. There has been such a high degree of professionalism in all my encounters and they made the process of the consultation, surgery, and pre/post-op appointments so seamless and stress-free. There has not been a single moment where I have been uncomfortable with putting my health in their hands. While recovering from such an invasive surgery is exhausting, I have no regrets and I look forward to continuing to work with Dr. Poulter for all of my future needs!

Had a surgery done by Dr. Poulter about 2 years ago. After months of recovery, I went back to Dr. Poulter to address the fact that I wasn’t happy with the results of my surgery. He let it be known that it was a “me” problem and offered to revise only one part of surgery for $3,000. Seems as if he just does it for the money. I wouldn’t recommend going to him.
