Integrated Health of Southern Illinois

So far, I am wondering why I waited so long to change doctors! Been seeing Trisha for almost a year now and she is the most kind hearted, caring, patient, and thorough provider that I have ever been to! She has gone above and beyond to find out if the medicine I was on was causing my sudden severe hair loss or something else by having additional blood work done. It was then that I decided to give their Family Nurse Practitioners a go and Molly & Jordan have been just as caring and detail orientated. This by far is not your 15 mins in and out facility where they ask three questions and send you on your way. I easily spend 30 minutes to an hour each time and am so thankful for providers that listen and ask all the right questions to get to the bottom of situations.

I was very skeptical about seeing a chiropractor. I have had multiple back surgeries and was in a bad accident 20+ years ago that has left me with horrible headaches. My wife talked me into going and seeing Dr Scott for my neck. From the moment kari called me back and started talking to me about my concerns and when Dr Scott came in to walk me through the process I felt at ease. Dr Scott told me everything that she was going to do and how it would help me. The headache was gone. I couldnt believe it. I have had this headache for so long and thought I was never going to get relief. I am now seeing her twice a week. Thank you so much Dr Scott!

Great staff. Always extremely friendly. Always extremely knowledgable. I come here for chiropractics and massage. I could go to many different offices that would be significantly closer to my home; however, I will continue to make the trip because it’s always worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The team at Integrated Health has always been incredible. Trish Phemister and her staff have supported me through the loss of my son with cutting-edge treatments like Spravato. I truly don’t know where I’d be today without their unwavering dedication and hard work. They’ve never let me down, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. They truly are the best of the best, they’re like a group of Avengers for people like me.

Dr McCain, his PA's, their nurses and mental health practitioners have been Amazing!! All the staff from the front desk gals to the massage therapist are very caring and knowledgeable. They have taken the time thats needed to care for me and get to the bottom of my health issues.They dont just suggest another pill and send you on your way. They find out what's actually going on and do their best to help heal naturally. I was at a loss and dealing with Covid Long Haulers Syndrome which literally affected everything in my body and no one knew what to do with me. I'm so glad I listened to a sweet friend and gave Integrated Health a try. You can definitely tell that Dr McCain loves his job because He always has a smile 😃 Every bit of this review is 100% how I feel. Just so thankful and blessed 🙌
