Beatify chi is amazing! Everyone is so helpful, professional (but not stuffy) and super friendly. Kate is attentive to her emails (even late on a Sunday night) when trying to get in for a service, she responds! Eddie is super knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He explains everything and may be the best injector I've had! I love Laura! She gives great facials and is also very knowledgeable about anything beauty related. Cute little salon too. All around, I'd recommend them all 100x over.

I did my consultation with Dr. Richter and Dr, Chen (lead surgeon for the procedure) they took the time to discuss my concerns and expectations, providing a thorough overview of the FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) procedure. They were patient in answering all my questions, and I appreciated the honesty and transparency about what I could realistically expect. On the day of the procedure, I was a bit nervous, but the clinic's serene atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff quickly put me at ease. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable. Drs. Chen and Richter and their team ensured I was well-informed throughout the process, and they continually checked in on my comfort levels. I was pleasantly surprised by how minimally invasive the procedure was. The aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. I experienced some minor swelling and redness, but Dr. Chen had prepared me for this, and it faded within a few days. The clinic also offered consistent follow-up appointments to monitor my progress, which made me feel supported throughout my recovery. With only having 3 skin tightening treatments, I already notice results! Brenda is such a wonderful injector! This year was my very first time getting any filler!
