DMR Aesthetics: Dahlia Rice, M.D.

When I met Dr. Rice I really liked her. She is personable and caring and spends a lot of time with you listening to your hopes and concerns and recommending the best option for the best outcome….. My blepharoplasty was excellent. My breast reconstruction not so much. I had her remove my breast implants due to scar tissue that had formed from a lumpectomy and radiation therapy. To compensate for the loss of volume, she highly recommended fat transfer which I had done 3 times. The outcome is less than acceptable. She said I would have beautiful, perky breasts and the result is 2 deflated-looking bags on my chest. Had I known this would be the outcome, I most likely would have chosen a different option.

I am looking to remove my implants,after my visit to Dr Horn I feel to much peace talking with him about how will be my procedure. His team is very helpful not matter how horrible was my English and my Colombian accent they do their best to communicate and understand my questions and concerns. The office is cute and clean! I just recently saw Dr. Rice for the first time as a patient. She did my daughter's breast augmentation so I was familiar with her but I've never been her patient and I came to her for the first time for facial filler. I would highly recommend her to anybody considering getting filler or any plastic surgery. To start off, The consultation with her was very enlightening and I felt understood and cared for. She answered all my questions and concerns and explained all my options and areas where i could use a little bit of help. she made the entire filler procedure extremely comfortable by explaining every step and using numbing cream as well. my results are amazing and I have already seen a difference In my face. I don't even look like i have filler, I just look well rested and so much younger!

10/10 would recommend for any reconstructive/plastic surgeries! Dr Rice saved my face..which saved my career. I am a model of 10 years, and a makeup artist of 6. I had an extremely unfortunate injury occur, December 2022, which took out 40% of my upper lip, right at the cupid's bow. Of course, the most symmetrical part of the face. Dr Rice was my second opinion surgeon and I am SO grateful I chose her. She is an incredible surgeon who truly cares about every single patient that walks through the door. No matter the circumstances. She did an incredible job reforming my upper lip with reconstructive surgery. Absolutely incredible. She took every single one of my concerns into consideration of the treatment plan that was put in place. I could not be more thankful for sticking with my gut, getting a second opinion, finding Dr Rice, fully trusting her gypsy soul, and allowing her to perform life changing surgery. Without it, I would have been deformed for life. Thank you Dr. Rice for everything you do!

I never thought I would pursue plastic surgery until I met Dr Rice. She is a true artist and amazing surgeon and human being. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I have had a tummy tuck, breast implants, facial laser, and Botox (not all at once :) and will continue to see her for years to come!
