LaserAway - Bucktown

I had such a wonderful time at LaserAway in Bucktown! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. A big thank you to Sophia and Nick at the front desk for being so welcoming and helpful. The nurses were incredibly attentive and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Everything was professional and smooth—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone considering their services!

I had a fantastic experience at LaserAway, getting lip fillers with Kasi. She was not only skilled but also made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure, with an amazing bedside manner that put me at ease. Sophia was also incredibly helpful, accommodating my schedule and ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. Shannon and Nurse Natalie are my absolute Dream Team at Laser Away in Bucktown, Shannon always greets me so politely and with welcoming energy, and she always take care of numbing process of my RF Micro and her customers service skills are outstanding. Nurse Natalie makes me feel so comfortable and I am absolutely grateful to have her service me during my RF Micro treatment because it can be extremely uncomfortable but beauty is pain and Natalie understands this so well coaching me through every part. Nick has amazing customer service, he scheduled me for my next appointment and set me up with a treatment that would be beneficial for me, even during difficulties he would not let me leave until we had everything situated. Overall I’m so absolutely grateful for the team at Laser Away in Bucktown never had any bad experiences and look forward to many more great ones .

Sophia 🤩 is hands down one of the best representatives at LaserAway I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, tactful, and made it so easy for me to schedule my appointments while helping me find the perfect package for my needs. Her warm personality made the entire experience even more enjoyable—she always has me laughing whenever I visit! The Bucktown location is the absolute bestttt! I’ve been going here for over a year and an half for different things and have nothing but good things to say. Everyone that works there is SO kind and is intentional in making you feel super comfortable no matter what service you’re receiving. I genuinely leave in such a good mood after every visit. s/o to Shannon who is an absolute queen!! 12/10 recommend here! 💛
