I was extremely nervous for my facial balancing appointment - I’ve never had filler and there is such a taboo around it, but Dr. Sri was so reassuring, explaining how the results would be natural, what I should expect and basically giving me all of the information I needed to make an informed and confident choice. After the procedure she was available to calm me down when I thought things were off (again, not having had filler before the swelling spooked me a bit), which was so appreciated. What really exemplifies the kind of approach she has is when I went back for my 6-week check-in, she was honest with me telling me where we should scale back next time and even dissolving a bit where the results were not what we intended. The care and personal approach she has with her patients is not something you find often, especially in her line of work and it truly speaks to how great she is!

My experience with Dr. Sri was amazing! She is the best and really listens to you. She has this warm energy that makes you feel comfortable when you step into her office. This was my first time getting any work done and Dr. Sri answered all the questions I had and made me feel very comfortable by walking me through every step of the process.
