From start to finish everything was super comfortable, and the girls at the front desk were super sweet! My injector Kristen was so easy to talk to and patient, she answered any questions and concerns that I had with no issues. I am SOOOO happy with my entire experience at ImageLab!!!! If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I had went to a different place 2 weeks ago to get my first round of lip filler, & the lady messed up and hit a vein in my lip. Unfortunately I had immediate swelling and bruising on the bottom left of my lip and we did not get to finish. I was so devastated & told myself I would not be getting fillers ever again. After a week went by I decided to call ImageLab & get their opinion on my lips. They were so kind to further educate me and take the time to listen even though I was not even a client yet. After speaking with Kirsten on the phone she made me feel so comfortable I booked an appointment to try again. I felt so relaxed & happy the entire time. The process was near to painless & my lips turned out SO beautiful!! I would 100% recommend this place. Thank you guys again for taking care of me!
